ASSESSMENT
Our highly experienced staff meets with you to understand your business goals and objectives and then firm up a timetable that’s appropriate for you to meet those goals.

EDUCATION
Through a series of surveys, prepared materials, webinars and other communication media customized precisely for you, Crossgate will give your trading partners all the information they need to implement and accelerate your enablement program.

ORGANIZATION
For each rollout, Crossgate assigns a dedicated project manager who facilitates design consensus, assigns tasks, logs and resolves issues, and manages the project schedule in line with the methodology and timeline as mutually agreed upon up front.

ENABLEMENT
Crossgate provides you with continuous updates as your trading partners are brought on board. Our project team continues to monitor each partner until the integration has reached a degree of stabilization satisfactory to the project team, you, and Crossgate Service Management.

ONGOING MONITORING
After we’ve established your community, we provide around-the-clock support for your program. In addition, we offer you a web-based transaction dashboard to monitor EDI traffic independently, or to research questions concerning message traffic both in real time and historically. You can track status, transfer times, sender, recipient, and file designations by individual message or business partner.
